  The services and any other software used in connection with the services contain proprietary and confidential information owned by Inteliscan/LSIPL/other agencies contracted with Inteliscan or Logicsoft , and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the software on a single mobile device; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the software. You agree not to access the service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by us for use in accessing the service. You further acknowledge that the content presented to you through the services is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws ("Rights").
• Member Account, Password, and Security
  To use Inteliscan services you may have to create a user Login or you may have to open a User account. You must complete the registration process by providing accurate and up to date information. Inteliscan will not take any responsibility for the activities that may happen under your Username as the maintenance of confidentiality of your login details is Users responsibility.
• Unauthorized Use
  Inteliscan/LSIPL will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Inteliscan or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  The Terms shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal actions against Inteliscan must be commenced at Delhi in the National Capital Territory of Delhi within one year after the claim arose. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts of competent jurisdiction located at Delhi in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. You and Inteliscan/LSIPL agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the country of India to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Inteliscan shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

  Inteliscan/LSIPL will not be responsible for the manner of use of the QR code. User will be held responsible for any unauthorized or inappropriate use of the QRCode.
